Furuno Hellas successfully upgrades the Electronic Charts Display (ECDIS) Equipment of GREENPEACE's vessel RAINBOW WARRIOR III with its latest state of the art Dual 2xFMD3300 model system.
Fully complying with the performance standard of ECDIS stipulated in IMO resolution MSC.232(82), the FMD3300 ECDIS utilizes a cutting edge chart-drawing engine that delivers instantaneous chart drawing with seamless zooming and panning, hence making the ECDIS operation stress-free.
The FMD3300 ECDIS also brings about a streamlined chart management scheme providing easy chart management independent of the chart providers and compatible with Jeppesen Dynamic Licensing and the Admiralty Information Overlay (AIO).
