Luxury yacht designer and builder Spirit Yachts will be unveiling designs for their new Spirit 110' at the world famous Dusseldorf Boat Show between 17th – 25th January.

Exhibiting at Dusseldorf for the first time in 16 years, Spirit Yachts will also be showcasing their brand new drawings of a Spirit 40' power boat.

Spirit Yachts has over 20 years' experience designing and building beautiful, hand crafted wooden yachts that are immensely strong yet lightweight; a perfect balance for both the classic regatta scene and blue water cruising.

Spirit's latest plans for the sail and power boats will reveal state of the art, custom, classic yachts built with cutting edge marine technology.

Having joined Spirit earlier this year, new managing director Nigel Stuart will be on Spirit's stand B60 in Hall 16 at Dusseldorf to present the first look designs of the new Spirit 110' and discuss plans for Spirit in 2015 and beyond.

Commissioned as a custom build and conceived by renowned classic yacht designer and Spirit CEO Sean McMillan, the innovative Spirit 110' epitomises style, beauty and performance. McMillan comments: "The combination of the elegant wooden design, carbon rigging and an incredible power to weight ratio results in a high quality, performance superyacht that delivers under racing conditions."

As shown in the plans to go on display at Dusseldorf, this powerful, modern yacht is also spacious and more than comfortable for long distance cruising, with the potential for live aboard.

With the capacity to sleep up to 6 guests and 4 crew and generous entertaining space, the new Spirit 110' is perfect for luxurious family sailing.

The signature Spirit fan skylights blend seamlessly into the coach roof, complementing the smooth, clean lines of the classic hull design and allow for maximum natural light into the saloon below. Whilst the eye-catching coach roof fan windows are popular, the flexibility that comes with designing and building a Spirit yacht means that alternative layouts are always available.

Nigel Stuart, managing director at Spirit Yachts says: "This will be Spirit's return to Dusseldorf Boat Show after an absence of 16 years and we are excited to be showcasing designs of our new Spirit 110' and 40' power boat alongside the best in yachting and marine technology.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service throughout every step of our unique in-house design and build process so it will be great to engage with the audience at Dusseldorf and gather feedback on our new designs."
